Cleanness :- For Good health maintain body neat and clean ,Cleanness is the first way to make body healthy. After work of the whole day our body has smelled due to sweating and dirty with dust so it cause many dangerous  diseases so we need to bath daily for cleanness and maintain healthy life Style

Exercise:- For good and healthy life there is other important thing that  is exercise .Exercise  create forces in our muscles of the body  and maintain good level for blood circulation. So we should need to do  daily exercise like pushups , Running , playing games etc these types of exercise so important for Health

Good food :- Everyone knows very well our body cannot working without food  so We should need to eat good vitamins healthy food for body its  helps to maintain body fit and full of force .So Good food is also great tips to makes healthy body in our daily life .
 
Sleeping:- We need to sleep deeply and silent fully for good and healthy life style in our daily life because it gives rest to our mind and create fresh feels in our Body .
