Selection Procedure - Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Standard Test (PST), Documentation & Trade Test, Written Test ,Medical Etc

Qualification – ( 10^th Pass ) Matriculation or equivalent from  a recognized Board University for Skilled Trades ( i.e Barber, Boot Maker, Cook, Carpenter, Electrician, Mason, Mali, Painter, Plumber and Washer Man ) ITI personnel will be preferred.

Matriculation or its equivalent from a recognized board or university for unskilled trades (i.e. Sweeper).

Age Limit – 18 to 23 years as on 01 /08 /2017 (upper age relaxation for SC/ST is 5 years and for OBC 3 years respectively) For Department Candidates upto 40 years

Physical Standard - 

Height – 170 cm

Chest – 80 CM and Expansion 5 Cm

All candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribes –

Minimum Height - 162.5 cm

Chest -76 cm with 5 Cm Expansion

Relaxation in Height - Garhwalis, Kumaonis, Gorkhas, Dogras, Marathas and candidates belonging to the States of Sikkim, Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Tripura, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Assam, Himachal Pradesh, Kashmir and Leh & Ladhakh regions 

of J & K – 165 Cm

Chest Relaxation Above State – 78 CM and Expansion 5 Cm

Eye Sight: Minimum distant vision should be 6/6 and 6/9 of both eyes without correction

Application fees  – Rs. 100 for Gen/OBC No SC/ST/Ex Serviceman
