About Agnipath Scheme
The Agnipath Scheme is a flagship initiative by the Government of India to recruit young and motivated individuals into the Armed Forces. Under this scheme, Agniveers will serve for 4 years, receive professional military training, skill development, and leadership exposure. Top performers may get an opportunity for permanent enrollment in the Indian Air Force based on merit and vacancies.
